Exploration on The Treatment of Syndrome of Invasion of Clod-dampness into Ying Fen
Abstract：According to the exposition related to “invasion of cold-dampnessinto Ying Fen” (Constructive aspect) in The Pulse Studies of BinHu, it is pointed out that the basic pathogenesis of sydrome fo invasion of cold-dampness into Ying Fen is accomulation of cold-dampness from within in Ying fen, due to yang deficiency of heart, spleen and kidney, or transference of exogeneous pathogenic dampness into Ying Fen in asthenic-cold physique. The main clinical manifestations are pain, numbness, cold limbs, mass, nodus, or swelling and malformation of four extrimities, palpitation, diziness, tinnitus, fever at night, night sweeting, early waking-up, impotence in male, amenorrhea in female, swollen, dark tongue seeming like muddy water, watery fur without preference to drinking, subglossal varicosity with gloomy nodus, deep threadly and choppy pulse. The syndrome is mostly seen in autoimmune diseases, hematonosis or some neoplasma. The therapeutic methods are warming yang and tonifying Qi, expelling coldness and removing dampness, and expelling pathogenic factors externally, with the experienced recipe Xing Fu decoction applied.
