Abstract:Objective:To study the protection of TF against brain anoxia. Methods:Mice were given different dosage by way of ig for there weeks,Three weeks later,we made model of brain anoxia of mice and determined the glutahion proxidase(GSH-PX)activity and the lipid peroxide(LPO) content in the brain homogenates. Results:Compared with the contral group,TF markedly prolonged the breathing time after mice being headed, increased the activity of GSH-PX and decreased the LPO content in the brain homogenates. Conclusion:the protection of TF against train anoxia is related to increasing activity of GSH-PX and decreasing content of LPO.
