Dynamic Cost Management Method and Empirical Research of Building Intelligent Lighting System in Operation and Maintenance Stage

Abstract:With the development of smart buildings, smart lighting systems play an important role in energy consumption control and operation management. However, the cost of its operation and maintenance phase is dynamic and complex, and traditional static management is difficult to meet the refined needs. In this paper,a dynamic cost management method based on data-driven is proposed.Combined with energy consumption, equipment maintenance, labor and system update costs,a dynamic prediction model is constructed to realize real-time monitoring and forward-looking control of operation and maintenance costs.Through the empirical analysis of the 36-month operation and maintenance data of a commercial complex building,it is found that the energy consumption cost shows a downward trend, the maintenance cost continues to rise, and the total cost fluctuates periodically under the influence of the two.The model prediction results are highly consistent with the actual data, and provide decision-making basis and feedback adjustment in the closed-loop management to achieve a total cost savings of about 8%.The research shows that this method can provide a scientific and operable cost management scheme for the operation and maintenance of smart buildings.
