Abstract：In the field of mechanical manufacturing,the efficiency and safety of the lighting system directly affects the production efficiency and operating environment.Currently,the industry is generally characterized by high energy consumption,insufficient light uniformity,health hazards and other problems,and the traditional lighting model is difficult to adapt to the refined needs of intelligent manufacturing scenarios.With the development of intelligent control technology and human factors engineering,there is an urgent need to explore the innovative path of the lighting system,through the integration of technology to achieve functional optimization and energy efficiency.Therefore,this paper discusses the innovative design method of lighting system in mechanical manufacturing scenarios,in order to build a systematic solution that is more energy-efficient,intelligent,and in line with the needs of human eye health,and to provide theoretical and practical basis for upgrading the light environment of modern factories.
