Abstract:With the continuous rise in the demand for sustainable urban development, the concept of green buildings has become increasingly evident in the floodlighting projects of building facades. This article, relying on five major principles:safety, energy conservation and environmental protection, aesthetic coordination, intelligent controllability, and full life cycle cost control, combines cutting-edge technologies with engineering practices, comprehensively analyzes the design approaches, construction methods and evaluation systems of green floodlighting.By comparing the data of typical cases and applying technological innovations, the obvious benefits of green lighting in reducing energy consumption by 30%to 50% and minimizing light pollution have been verified, providing the industry with a reusable technical approach. In addition,by combining LED light sources with an intelligent dimming system, the lighting power density(LPD)can be achieved at≤3.5 W/m²,which is more than 40%lower than the traditional solution.By means of spectral screening and light pollution control, the upward light transmittance ratio can be controlled to≤1%,and the intensity of the overflow light is≤25 cd/m²,effectively reducing the disturbance to nocturnal organisms. The full life cycle cost management approach, such as equipment selection and modular construction, can extend the system's lifespan to more than 10 years, reduce maintenance frequency and minimize the generation of waste materials, achieving a dual benefit of economic and ecological benefits.
