Research on Lighting Harmonic Control of High Voltage Capacitor Complete Equipment

Abstract：A 110 kV substation high-voltage capacitor bank set experienced serious harmonic pollution during operation.Harmonic currents generated by LED lighting equipment caused the device to overheat,produce noise,and reduce the power factor.By analyzing the load characteristics of LED lighting equipment using harmonic source identification detection technology,studying the harmonic propagation mechanism with device harmonic response analysis technology,and designing a mitigation plan using LC filter compensation technology,a systematic harmonic mitigation project was implemented.
