Discussion on Dust-proof and Moisture-proof Technology of Flameproof Intrinsically Safe Support Lamp in Tunnel Lighting

Abstract：Due to the high concentration of dust and high humidity air raised by vehicles passing through the tunnel,the lamps in the tunnel have problems such as internal dust accumulation,corrosion of metal parts and short circuit,which directly threaten the driving safety in the tunnel.Flameproof intrinsically safe bracket lamp has technical advantages in dealing with the above problems,but the traditional dustproof and moistureproof technology is still insufficient in practical application,which is manifested in the fact that the rubber sealing ring is easy to seal and fail after long-term exposure to tunnel air containing ozone and chemical pollutants;Dust-proof net and vent structure have high blocking rate under continuous dust impact,resulting in contradiction between heat dissipation and dust prevention.Therefore,this paper puts forward optimization strategies from the dimensions of structural design,material application,internal protection strategy and operation and maintenance management,aiming at providing reference for long-term safe and smooth operation of tunnels.
