Abstract:The national standard GB/T 30117.4-2023,"Photobiological safety of lamps and lamp systems-Part 4:Measuring methods"is equivalent to IEC TR 62471-4:2022 and specifies two measurement methods for evaluating the photobiological safety of lamps and lamp systems(Class A high-precision laboratory method and Class B portable instrument estimation method),as well as practical methods for radiance and spectral radiance measurements.The article introduces the background and scope of application of the standard,and provides an in-depth analysis of the principles,operational steps,and instrument requirements of the measurement methods,combined with the core tables of the standard.It also discusses the impact of the standard on related industries and implementation suggestions,aiming to help relevant personnel better understand and apply the standard and enhance the photobiological safety level of lamps and lamp systems.
