Analysis of Lighting Science and Ergonomics in Industrial Production
JIA Shaoliang
Abstract:In the process of continuous upgrading and transformation of modern manufacturing, the lighting environment,as a fundamental physical condition for industrial production, its scientific design level affects operational efficiency and occupational health.Traditional industrial lighting systems often focus more on ensuring basic visibility, neglecting the combined influence mechanism of light source characteristics on human physiological rhythms, visual recognition ability, and long-term operation tolerance. This can easily lead to systemic risks such as accumulated visual fatigue, increased operational error rates, and hidden labor depletion. The in-depth application of ergonomics theory in industrial scenarios requires the construction of lighting intervention models that are precisely adapted to human perception characteristics, task requirements, and environmental elements,in order to achieve effective collaboration among the human-machine-environment system. Therefore, this article conducts a scientific discussion on the lighting science and ergonomics analysis in industrial production, hoping to provide guidance for the construction of a high-quality,efficient and human-oriented modern industrial lighting system.
