Exploration of Energy efficiency Management Pathways in Supervision of Photovoltaic-LED Integrated Lighting Projects under the"Dual-Carbon"Goals
JIN Xing
Abstract:Under the"dual-carbon"strategic context,photovoltaic-LED integrated lighting projects have attracted attention due to their advantages of clean energy and high efficiency. However, energy efficiency losses and weak management still exist during design, construction, and operation stages. From the perspective of project supervision, this study proposes a comprehensive energy efficiency management pathway covering design, construction, commissioning, and operation.Verification through a municipal road case shows a photovoltaic self-sufficiency rate of 76%,energy storage efficiency of 91%,LED energy-saving rate of 55%,and annual carbon reduction of approximately 160 tons, all exceeding the design targets. The results indicate that comprehensive supervision can effectively enhance energy efficiency, achieve energy-saving and low-carbon objectives, and provide reference experience for the implementation of green lighting projects.
