Research on the Integrated Design and Construction Points of Intelligent Lighting System for Prefabricated Buildings

Abstract：This article focuses on the integrated design and construction of prefabricated buildings and intelligent lighting systems.By clarifying the principles of integrated design and system architecture,an integrated solution covering the perception layer,control layer,and execution layer was proposed.Combined with BIM technology and modular construction methods,the collaborative prefabrication and rapid installation of lighting systems and prefabricated components were achieved.The case application shows that this integrated mode can shorten the construction period by about 22％,reduce lighting energy consumption by 35％,improve user comfort and satisfaction by 22％,and significantly improve operation and maintenance efficiency.The research has verified the feasibility of integrated construction in prefabricated buildings,providing practical basis for promoting green and intelligent construction.
