Machine Vision-Based Mechatronic Recycled Lighting System Design

Abstract：Industrial lighting suffers from uneven illuminance and energy waste.This paper presents a machine vision-based recycled lighting system using industrial camera HDR imaging for non-contact illuminance measurement,PWM-driven programmable LED arrays,and ambient light recycling with closed-loop control.Experiments show 38 lx camera error,uniformity improved from 0.62 to 0.86,UGR reduced 27％,and 41.3％energy savings.
