Abstract：The handling of raw materials and the sintering process in steel production generate a large amount of dust.Its high concentration and fine nature not only affect on-site visibility but also lead to energy consumption.Traditional lighting systems are prone to reduced luminous efficiency and poor heat dissipation in high-dust environments,requiring sintering plants to continuously optimize the protection and performance of their lighting systems to create a better working environment.This article explains the impact of high-dust environments on lighting in sintering plants and proposes practical strategies for protecting lighting systems and improving luminous efficiency.
