Research on the Design of Primary Lens for LED Used in Large Advertising Light Boxes

Abstract：In response to the increasing demands for uniformity of illumination and energy efficiency in large advertising light boxes,research has been conducted on the structural design and light distribution strategy of LED primary lenses.This study elaborates on the lens optical structure modeling,parameter control mechanism,and illumination distribution simulation method.It also introduces the process of actual data collection and comparison verification methods.By combining different curvature design schemes,the research results show that the optimized lens excels in terms of illumination uniformity and consistency with actual measurements,effectively enhancing the system's light energy utilization efficiency and lighting quality.
