Abstract:This study examines the performance of copper-based perovskite Cs3Cu2I5@PMMA thin sheets as LED encapsulation materials.Through polymer coating, the material demonstrated excellent moisture resistance and thermal management, while the remote encapsulation structure optimized light transmission and heat dissipation.Experimental results showed that Cs3Cu2I5 microcrystals have an emission wavelength of 467 nm under 300 nm UV excitation, with a PLQY of 68.5%.The material maintained its emission even after 0.5 hours of water immersion, indicating significant waterproof properties.Remote encapsulation significantly reduced thermal accumulation, with direct encapsulation accumulating 3.52 times more heat. This approach provides an effective pathway and theoretical support for enhancing LED device stability, indicating broad application prospects.
