Abstract：This article explores an application-oriented excellent talent training model for the green lighting industry based on the"three comprehensive education"orientation,constructs a three-dimensional teaching platform,adheres to the combination of technology and art,promotes interdisciplinary integration,and cultivates rare talents that meet the needs of lighting enterprises.After years of research and practice,an applied talent training model based on the"three comprehensive education"orientation has been formed,which integrates education,industry,innovation,and outstanding talents,achieving a breakthrough in the cultivation of applied talents that is close to the needs of the green lighting industry.
