Abstract：In the development of lighting company,material procurement management directly influences operational costs,project quality,and overall competitiveness.This paper focuses on exploring how supply chain management can support the strategic transformation of traditional lighting enterprises.Aimed at the pain points in traditional supply chain management models—such as delayed response to procurement demands,weak cost control,and insufficient coordination,the paper proposes the objectives of"demand-driven,digital-intelligent operation,and ecological synergy"and its implementation path.Moreover,the article discusses how optimized supply chain management empowers lighting enterprises in traditional construction projects,maintenance projects,and strategic emerging industries.
