Research on Key Technologies for IV Testing of Perovskite Stacked Solar Cells with LED Hybrid Light Source

Abstract：Traditional IV characteristic tests are usually based on standard solar spectra,whose spectral distribution and light intensity range are significantly different from those of actual LED hybrid light sources,making it difficult for the test results to truly reflect the performance of batteries in application scenarios.This paper deeply explores the IV characteristic test method of perovskite tandem cells under LED mixed lighting conditions,with the aim of promoting the industrialization process of perovskite cells in fields such as building-integrated photovoltaics and energy supply for the Internet of Things.
