Key Points of Electrical Circuit Design and Maintenance Strategies for Offshore Platform Lighting Systems

Abstract：As a core infrastructure for offshore oil and gas development,the reliability of the electrical circuits of the offshore platform lighting system directly affects the safe production of the platform and the safety of personnel's lives.This article takes the technical characteristics of the lighting system in the special environment of offshore platforms as the entry point,systematically analyzes the design criteria of electrical circuits,explosion-proof processes,power supply systems and fault diagnosis methods,and then puts forward the key points of line maintenance in combination with actual cases.The research conclusion shows that by adopting an intelligent monitoring system,implementing standardized maintenance procedures,and doing a good job in spare parts management and emergency plans,the probability of lighting system failures can be greatly reduced,and the overall operational efficiency of the platform can be improved.The article presents the methods of separate power supply for explosion-proof lamps,layered cable laying and leakage monitoring based on the Internet of Things,providing theoretical basis and practical reference for the efficient operation and maintenance of the lighting system on offshore platforms.
