Study of Condition Assessment for Street Lamp

Abstract：In order to make sure the street lamp has the best working condition,you need to take the best maintenance strategy,condition-based maintenance is one of the ideal solution.The state assessment as one of the most important procedure need to make full use of existing information to assess the status of the device.Many ways to assess the state,but there are the pros and cons of the difference between the different methods.The key is reflecting the real situation.Fuzzy theory can describe the qualitative information obtained from the device.evaluating device state by the normal cloud model closest to the equipment operation situation.Taking into account the structural characteristics of the street lamp,the individual equipment components were evaluated according to certain weight and then make a final assessment.For the standardization of raw data,we introduce the concept of the relative degree of deterioration.Improved analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each indicator influencing street lamp operating state.Reflecting various parameters randomness and ambiguity by normal cloud model,and it avoids subjective and arbitrary of the membership function.Through the establishment of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,we achieved conversion between qualitative and quantitative,and gave the objective and reasonable device evaluation.
