Abstract：With the rapid development of the electrical and electronics industry,countries have successively established relevant management measures to restrict the use of hazardous substances.These measures aim to control and reduce the environmental and human health risks posed by hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products,promoting sustainable development in the industry.As a vital branch of the electrical and electronics sector,the lighting appliance industry falls under the purview of these regulations.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the application and implementation of China's Administrative Measures for the Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products within the lighting industry.By examining these measures and their supporting standard documents,it explores the management requirements for restricting hazardous substances in lighting products.The analysis aims to offer guidance to enterprises and practitioners,ensuring that the production and sale of lighting appliances comply with environmental protection requirements.
