Abstract：The development of car lighting technology has put forward higher requirements for optical technology,especially for the design and manufacturing of key optical components such as lenses,reflective bowls,light guides,and thick walls,which require more precise control,thinner and lighter design,more complex functions,and more reliable performance,as well as cost control.These challenges are driving the continuous development and innovation of optical technology.This article elaborates on four aspects:the impact of the development trend of car lamp technology on optical technology,the analysis of the development trend of car lamp technology,the research on key optical components of car lamps,and the development trend and prospects of optical technology.In the future,car lighting technology will be deeply integrated with technologies such as intelligent driving and autonomous driving.The theory and methods of optical design are constantly evolving,such as free-form lens design,non spherical reflector design,optimization of ray tracing software,and artificial intelligence based optical design.These technologies will drive the development of car lighting technology towards higher efficiency,intelligence,and safety.This article delves into the development trends of automotive light optical technology and provides prospects for the future direction of automotive light technology,aiming to provide reference for the research and development of automotive light optical technology.
