Research on the Reform of Blended Online and Offline Teaching for Factory Power Supply Courses Driven by Demand in the Lighting Industry

Abstract：With the rapid development of the lighting industry,there is an increasing demand for talents with professional knowledge and skills in factory power supply.The factory power supply course,as an important course in related majors,cannot meet the needs of the industry with traditional teaching methods.This article is based on the demand driven perspective of the lighting industry,and explores in depth the reform of blended online and offline teaching in factory power supply courses.By analyzing the current situation of practical teaching in courses,it is pointed out that there are problems such as incomplete practical teaching system,poor innovative practice environment both inside and outside the school,and weak"dual teacher"teaching staff.Taking the course of"Lighting Design"as an example,this paper proposes reform measures such as optimizing the course teaching system,building an online teaching resource platform,strengthening offline practical teaching links,innovating course teaching methods,and strengthening the construction of a"dual teacher"teaching team,in order to improve the quality of course teaching and cultivate high-quality applied talents that meet the needs of the lighting industry.
