A Brief Discussion on How to Achieve Combination of Peace and War in Emergency Lighting

Abstract：With the continuous development of urban underground spaces,civil air defense basements,as important urban defense facilities,have increasingly attracted attention to their safety.Fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication systems,as key facilities to ensure the safe evacuation of personnel,are of great significance for the combination of peace and war applications in civil air defense basements in terms of technical standards and application strategies.Based on partial provisions of the new Technical Standard for Fire Emergency Lighting and Evacuation Indication Systems(GB 51309-2018)and the relevant requirements in the Design Code for Civil Air Defense Basements(GB 50038-2005,2023 Edition),this paper puts forward the requirements for peace-war combined emergency lighting and proposes corresponding solutions.
