How to Identify the Electromagnetic Compatibility Port Type of Lighting Products

Abstract：The GB/T 17743-2021 standard divides the interfaces of the equipment under test(EUT)into three possible electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)ports,namely:enclosure port,wired network port and local wired port.The test methods and/or limits corresponding to each type of port are different,so it is particularly important to correctly identify which specific port each interface of the EUT belongs to.This article will analyze through examples to explain the meaning of each port and the correct identification methods.It provides a reference for the majority of EMC testing personnel in identifying the test methods of each interface of the EUT and selecting the determination limits.
