Abstract：This article mainly discusses that the direct type lens panel light is a type of LED lighting fixture(panel light),in which the LED beads are distributed on the back and the LED light is directly emitted through the diffuser plate,that is,the direct type backlight panel light.This article provides an overview of the differences in SMT mounting processes between ultra-thin direct lens panel lights and side emitting panel lights.An innovative combination design of metal magnetic suction board and step lens has been proposed for the direct type lens panel lamp,which solves the problem of lens interference caused by deformation of V-Cut and V-groove printed circuit boards during heating,and improves the stability and optical performance of the product,aiming to provide reference for communication with peers.
