Research on Technical Standards and Market Trends of Intelligent Lighting Systems in Tendering and Bidding

Abstract：This paper analyzes the framework of national,industry,and local technical standards,and reveals the core contradiction in the current standardization process—the lack of coordination between hardware performance thresholds,protocol compatibility requirements,and full-lifecycle O&M specifications.In view of the construction of enterprise competitiveness,the tactical matrix of"technology overallocation-modular cost-dynamic risk control"is proposed,combined with innovative models such as EMC energy management contracts,to provide systematic solutions for bidding practice.The research conclusion shows that the future competition will focus on standard adaptation and ecological openness,and digital twins and 6G technology may reconstruct industry rules.
