Abstract:This study systematically investigated the degradation mechanisms of narrow-band fluoride phosphors(hereinafter referred to as NFP)for solar-like LED light under high-temperature and high-humidity environments.Key factors affecting performance were revealed, including the valence state transition of Mn4+ions,escape of F-ions,and formation of Mn-containing compounds.Through strategies such as surface coating, doping modification, and reverse defect engineering, the weathering resistance and luminous efficiency of NFP were significantly enhanced. The research findings provide theoretical foundations and experimental schemes for the large-scale application of NFP in LED lighting, aiming to promote its widespread adoption in solar-like LED products.
