Lighting Practices Based on the Creation of Friendly Light Environment Spaces

Abstract：This paper aims to explore the theoretical foundations,key technologies,and practical effectiveness evaluation of creating friendly light environment spaces.The article begins by introducing the relationship between light environments and human behavior,emphasizing the importance of lighting design in meeting visual functional needs while enhancing emotional well-being and health.Subsequently,the article elaborates on the principles and practical requirements of lighting design,including energy efficiency,environmental sustainability,and the integration and control of intelligent lighting systems.Through the analysis of relevant lighting practice cases,this paper further investigates the application of the relationship between light and nature,humans,and society,as well as the effectiveness of intelligent lighting systems in real-world spaces.Finally,the article evaluates and provides feedback on the outcomes of lighting practices,aiming to offer theoretical guidance and practical references for future lighting design.
