Research on Construction Management Strategy for New Energy Photovoltaic Lighting Power Generation Project Construction

Abstract：As a pollution-free and renewable energy solution,photovoltaic lighting has attracted a lot of attention and has been widely used in recent years.Despite this,new energy photovoltaic lighting projects still face many challenges in the process of construction and construction management.This paper summarizes the relevant experience of Hainan bidding photovoltaic project and Qingyu DC phase II photovoltaic project,and studies the construction management strategy of new energy photovoltaic lighting project,aiming to provide reference for improving the efficiency and quality of construction management.
