Research on Upward Illumination and Multi-Installation-Mode Application Technology for Explosion-Proof Lighting
HUANG Tao
Abstract:This study addresses the challenges of application flexibility and optical performance optimization of explosion-proof lighting in hazardous explosive gas environments. An innovative design scheme is proposed, integrating a fixed explosion-proof luminaire with replaceable installation structures and a prism-refracting glass lampshade.Targeting the limitations of traditional explosion-proof lamps—such as poor scenario adaptability due to fixed installation methods and high production/maintenance costs from multiple installation covers—the project employs modular design principles to develop a universal upper cover compatible with wall-mounted and multi-angle pole installations. This achieves flexible"one-cover multi-installation"conversion,significantly reducing component types and simplifying installation processes.Additionally,a glass lampshade with an internal prismatic refractive structure is designed to enhance upward luminous efficiency of LED light sources by optimizing the internal microstructure, effectively minimizing illumination blind spots and improving ambient light distribution uniformity. The proposed solution provides an economical, adaptable, and functional lighting system for high-risk industrial environments.
