Research on the Adaptability Application of Lighting Methods Based on the Characteristics of Metal Curtain Walls

Abstract：In recent years,more and more buildings have adopted metal curtain walls as exterior wall decorations,which are often used in important landmark buildings,cultural centers,conference venues,etc.in cities.Their modernity and high-end temperament make buildings more attractive.In nighttime architectural lighting design,the choice and design of lighting methods will directly affect the overall lighting effect and visual experience of the building curtain wall at night.This article studies the key points of adapting metal curtain wall and lighting design schemes based on the importance and properties of architecture.Through three aspects of combining with form,material,and structure,it provides detailed case studies to demonstrate various organic combination forms,which can achieve the effects of brightness,color,and light and shadow in buildings at night.At the same time,it intersperses the new form of AI generated display content to meet the changing needs of creating festive atmosphere,thereby enhancing the visual appeal and artistic expression of buildings.In summary,there is a close correlation between metal curtain wall materials and night lighting design methods.Designers should fully consider the characteristics of curtain wall materials when designing night lighting,in order to achieve the maximization of building lighting and visual effects.
