Abstract:In order to solve the problem of axial expansion and sensitivity reduction of the system caused by optical aberration,a segmented chromatic aberration correction strategy was innovatively introduced in this study, which effectively compensated for the phase error of the second-and third-order chromatic aberration in the imaging depth range.Imaging tests were performed using planar mirrors and transparent tape samples.By combining this piecewise chromatic aberration correction technology with other advanced methods, the system significantly optimizes the axial resolution to 6.76μm while maintaining a high-efficiency A-scan acquisition rate of 57.2 kHz,enabling the system to clearly capture the details of the tape sample at a depth of 2 mm.The experimental data fully show that the proposed method not only ensures the processing efficiency, but also comprehensively enhances the full-depth axial resolution and imaging sensitivity of the optical system.
