Common Quality Problems and Analysis of LED Reading and Writing Desk Lamps

Abstract：At present,the market scale of LED reading and writing desk lamps is huge and continues to grow,but quality problems occur frequently.Common quality problems cover aspects such as lamp appearance,markings,photometric performance,chromaticity performance,flicker depth and transient optical artifacts,electromagnetic radiation,and retinal blue light hazard.Through analysis,it is found that the poor stability of the driving power supply,the LED lamp bead packaging process,and the unreasonable optical design of the lampshade are the main causes.At the same time,some improvement suggestions are put forward,which can provide technical reference for improving the lighting quality of LED desk lamps.
