Abstract:With the rapid advancement of display technology, massive transfer has become a critical step in the manufacturing of Mini/Micro LED display panels. To improve the efficiency and accuracy of chip path planning during the massive transfer process, this study proposes a display chip transfer path planning method based on region partitioning and hybrid optimization algorithms. The chip distribution area is divided into multiple sub-regions to reduce the complexity of path planning.Within each sub-region,the Ant Colony Optimization algorithm is employed to optimize the intra-regional path, generating a locally optimal path. The Genetic Algorithm is then used to globally optimize the paths between regions.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed hybrid optimization algorithm significantly outperforms traditional single optimization algorithms in terms of total path length and computation time.Notably,it exhibits superior efficiency and stability when handling tens of thousands of chips. This method not only enhances the production efficiency of chip transfer and reduces manufacturing costs but also effectively minimizes errors during the transfer process, thereby improving the quality of the final product.
