Design of Thermal Management Circuit in Lighting Appliances

Abstract：With the rapid development of lighting technology,thermal management circuitry plays an increasingly critical role in improving device performance and ensuring reliability.In this paper,the construction strategies of passive heat dissipation,active heat dissipation and thermal protection circuits are discussed in depth,and the thermal characteristics,over-temperature protection,temperature control methods and temperature monitoring technologies in LED lighting are comprehensively and systematically studied.It has been proved that the optimization of thermal management circuit design can promote the development of LED lighting.
