Abstract：This paper discusses the quality control strategy of the building floodlighting project in the main urban area of the city from the aspects of pre-planning and design,construction preparation and coordination,construction process management,post-acceptance and maintenance,so as to ensure that the floodlighting project reaches the standard of safety,efficiency and beauty in the implementation process,adds luster to the night scene of the city,and promotes the improvement of the city's image and economic prosperity.
