Abstract:Improving the energy efficiency of lighting equipment is an important way to save energy and reduce emissions.By optimizing mechanical design, lighting efficiency can be significantly improved. The research adopts computer-aided design, finite element analysis and other methods to improve the heat dissipation structure and optical system of lamps. The experiment shows that the optimized LED street light reduces the maximum temperature by 18.5 ℃ and thermal resistance by 21.3%in a 45 ℃ environment. The indoor panel lighting output efficiency has been improved by 21.8%,and energy consumption has been reduced by 31.5%.Special lighting equipment reduces light attenuation by 42.6%at a high temperature of 200 ℃,and the failure rate decreases from 5% to 0.8%.At the same time,a modular lighting design platform was developed, which shortened the product development cycle by 35%.The research results have been applied in multiple lighting engineering projects, providing new ideas and methods for the sustainable development of the lighting industry.
