Abstract：Intelligent lighting systems,as a part of urban construction projects,can achieve optimal energy use efficiency and light environment quality.The planning and implementation of intelligent electrical lighting projects require effective cost control in the design,procurement and implementation phases,so as to reduce the overall costs,improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project management,and maximise the economic returns.
