Abstract：According to the origin of night sky light pollution and its impact,combined with foreign and domestic standards for night sky light pollution,evaluation indexes and limits for night sky light pollution were extracted.Furthermore,in order to specific technical requirements and enhance normalization and the accuracy of night sky light pollution assessment,detailed discussion was given on the equipment,field conditions,methods and data processing for night sky light pollution assessment.
