222 nm Spectral Fitting Study for Healthy and Efficient Sterilization

Abstract：The asymmetric spectral fitting model of the two-dimensional joint density function of photons was introduced,the physical significance of its parameters was analyzed,and the spectrum filtered by the KrCl excimer lamp with the main wavelength of 222 nm far ultraviolet was fitted,and the fitting degree reached 99.64％,and its parameters and expression were obtained,which had a certain guiding effect on the study of healthy and efficient 222 nm far ultraviolet LED.
