Application of Statistical Significance in the Data Analysis of UV Measurement

Abstract：Visually observing and comparing the trends of data and/or curves is a usual analysis method in UV measurement.Such method is affected by subjective factors of human being.The statistical significance can quantitatively analyze and compare experimental data/curves.In this work,it was proposed to introduce statistical significance into the field of UV measurement.The statistical tools in Excel were used to have analyzed and researched the statistical significance of some experimental data.
