The Multifunctional Application of LED Lighting in Urban Renewal

Abstract：With the rapid progress of the times,people's demands for quality of life are increasing.The problems in the old urban areas have gradually emerged in the process of urbanization.Urban renewal has become an important task for achieving sustainable development and improving residents'quality of life.LED,as an efficient lighting technology,plays a crucial role in urban renewal.This article discusses the prospects of LED technology in urban renewal from four perspectives:LED photocatalytic technology,LED plant supplementary lighting technology,LED healthy lighting technology,and the application of LED in zero-carbon buildings.Through the discussion from these four perspectives,it can be observed that the extensive application of LED technology in urban renewal brings many benefits and makes significant contributions to the sustainable development of cities.
