Abstract：The implementation process of the Weifang city LED streetlight energy management contract mode transformation project is introduced. The whole process of quality control schemes covering lighting indexes, lighting quality simulation, energy reconfirm, luminaire test, standard segment construction test, batch transformation construction inspection, and supervision and review during the energy management contract period are analyzed.
