Research on Intelligent Feature Evaluation for Lighting Equipment

Abstract：With the background of IoT and digital transformation, intelligence and connectivity are already got quite hot hits in lighting industry. More and more "intelligent" lighting products are emerging and becoming the highlighted topic of manufacturers' marketing. On the other hand, common understanding on intelligent feature is not ready, which, together with the various intelligent feature declaration, will make consumers confused. The situation will definitely affect consumers' recognition and confidence on intelligent lighting products. With this in mind, we investigate the global lighting trend and international standardization developments on intelligent lighting. Based on the functional orientation and consumers' need on lighting products, we made preliminarily study on intelligent features to serve as the reference for the evaluation.
