Preparation and Study of a Flexible LED Filament Coated on the Back

Abstract：A high thermal conductivity aluminum substrate was used as the substrate to prepare flexible LED filament, and a mixture of graphene and resin was coated on the back of the aluminum substrate. Through a number of tests, such as optics, temperature and aging, it is shown that the flexible filament coated on the back improves the heat dissipation performance, and the optical properties and reliability of the filament have been improved effectively.
