Thermal Design and Characteristics of LED Light Bulbs
Abstract：Combined with the cooling requirements of LED light bulbs in the application, typical cooling methods and heat dissipation materials are analyzed. Some problems existing are posed. These will have positive significance for the technical improvement and the more extensive application of LED light bulbs in the future.
