Thermal Analysis of High Power LEDs Used in the Excitation Light Source of Fluorescence Microscope
Abstract：The article introduces the application of high power LEDs in the excitation light source of fluorescence microscope,illustrates the method of thermal design for high power LEDs.A kind of radiator is designed through the thermal analysis and calculation.The application peformance has proved that the radiator can meet the requirements of fluorescence microscope for lighting.
