The Study on Preparation and Luminescent Properties of Silicate Orange-Red Phosphor
Abstract：High efficiency Sr2.96Eu0.04SiO5 orange-red phosphor has been synthesised by high temperature solid state reaction method.The effects of sintering temperature,holding time and flux content on the luminescent property of the phosphor are studied.The results of XRD and spectral characterization tests show that the best sintering temperature is 1,500℃,and the best holding time is 4h;when the H3BO3 content is 3wt%,the phosphor crystallization and luminous intensity are in the best level.The excitation peak of the phosphor is a wide-band（300~500nm）,and the main emission peak is 597nm.
