Calculation of the Dosage of PEO Glue in the Phosphor Slurry Preparation
Abstract：The experiment of adding PEO glue to phosphor slurry is conducted.The data of plus glue ratio,Baume degrees variation and viscosity variation are used to deduce an empirical formula with the bivariate regression calculation method.By measuring the weight,Baume degrees and viscosity of a certain phosphor slurry,and applying the empirical formula,we calculate out the needed plus glue weight that makes the phosphor slurry meet the expected requirements.
